    I've been trying to sign in for the past 3 days on the Xbox beta app and it keeps giving me this error code (0x409) 0xD000000D, and before you suggest me this trouble shoot (LOOK BELOW) it doesn't work at all, please help.

    There are several reason why Xbox app will give you Error (0x409), in this case some of the components of Xbox app are maybe corrupted or the drivers of your PC needs to be updated.

    To resolve Error (0x409), we would suggest you try the following methods below:



    Method 1: Check for Store Updates.



    1. Open Windows Store. ( Press Windows key and click on Store tile)



    2. Click on the USER icon and select Download and update.



    3. Click on Check for Updates.



    4. If there are any pending updates available select Update All.





    Method 2: Reset Windows Store



    1. Press Windows key + X and click on Command Prompt (Admin) to open the Elevated Command Prompt. If prompted for a password, type the password and click Allow


    1. Type WSreset.exe and hit Enter.
    2. Exit Command Prompt.

    I have the same error and tried the method, reinstalled the app and still have the same(0x409) 0xD000000D error

    I cant sign in to the xbox app, its sayin "we can't sign in right now. try again later (0x409) 0xD000000D"

    installed the beta version and it has the same problem

    Do note that the app is a beta one and it may not work correctly at all times. Have you tried the regular Xbox App at all? Does that one work for you?

    Hi,

    There are several reasons why you are getting error (0x409) 0xD000000D. Here are two methods on how to troubleshoot error (0x409) 0xD000000D.

    Method 1:

    * To isolate the problem with signing in on Xbox App, here is a
    link     on how to download and use the Apps Troubleshooter.

    Method 2:

    Please follow the instructions on how to uninstall Xbox App:



    1. Type powershell into the Start menu or Taskbar search box, right click it and choose "Run as administrator".



    2. Type or copy-paste the following command:



    *Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage



    3. Wait till the process is done and then type "exit" to close PowerShell.



    4. Press Enter key.





    Note: After uninstalling the Xbox app, I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.
