Error 0x1f43?

Hello, I'm having troubles with my xbox one. I have the ethernet cable connected, but I can't connect to xbox live. In the home screen says i need to connect to xbox live, when i go to settings and i test the network it says my console is connected to the
internet, in the multiplayer test I got the 0x1f43 error, and it says my actual connection is with cable but the problem persists. Anyone know how to fix it?

credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

 

Any one heard about Error code E25 ?
