Error 0x08004804E and some thoughts about the xbox one.

First off , I have been getting the error since about 4:30 EDT, for more than 3 hours now! All this on a service that we pay for..... UNACCEPTABLE

Second, Not being able to sign in creates a WORLD of problems. You CAN play in OFFLINE MODE (If you unplug the Ethernet cord or disconnect wireless), with no saves (There in the cloud). This means if i want to play, I'm starting from the beginning. That
is if the game will even load!

Titanfall. NO Playability

Spark, NO Playability

Plants V. Zombies. NO Playability

KI Loads With local playability

BF4 Single player only, no saves

COD Single player only, I did not check saves

All this on a system that DOES NOT require a internet connection.

Didnt explain Guide? To do this you must save Tali's loyalty mission as the last mission. There is still time to do it after getting the reaper codes which is where you obtain Legion. You can do his loyalty and Tali's and still save your crew in time. Its
not a big secret.

 

I totally AGREE!!! I have a PS4 also, and I hate to admit that the same kind of thing happened at the launch of the PS4. But I came home during a lunch break at work to try Titanfall, and was able to. I get off of work, and the DUMB MACHINE won't sign me
in. This is pathetic. I certainly HOPE THAT THEY COMPENSATE USERS WHO HAVE BEEN INCONVENIENCED LIKE THIS! A FREE GAME OR A $15-$25 CREDIT TO OUR XBOX LIVE ACCOUNTS WOULD BE A GREAT START!

 

And then, on top of that, I type in the error code on the Support website, and it says it can't find the code!!! What kind of crap is that???

 

They can't even tell us why

 

I find this extremely inconvenient after a long day at work.

 

I don't understand how people have just started having this problem today. My Live has been down all weekend. I reported it on Saturday, and here we are on Tuesday. Don't get me wrong, I love my $500 cable box, but I was hoping to maybe play a game every
now and then. Oh well, I'm sure I'm not missing any kind of gigantic XBOX exclusive today.

 

making the debate to get titanfall for pc or xbox chose xbox cause i thought to myself... origin and ea *** up every launch it seems but ill for sure be able to play on council. and here the launch was ruined for me... and not even by EA... by microsoft...

I got the day off of work for this and they can't compensate me for that. On top of all of this, I have to listen to my friend who lives near me talk about how he's been playing all day. How can they not have this fixed. HOW can the release of a game
CRIPPLE their damn Live servers for just some people and not everyone. WTF.

 

I have had the same problem! Got home from work hoping to play some TItanfall and IT HAS BEEN FOUR HOURS!!!!!! And still absolutely nothing! I am SICK of seeing the same message they post every thirty minutes saying the exact same statement that gives no
one an idea of what is happening!

 

I'm from Brazil and I'm having the same issue here, it's not a local problem.

 

I've been gaming on the PC for the last 2 years because, well I couldn't bring myself to play on the Xbox. My wife knows she married a gamer, she's not always happy about that fact but life goes on. Today was the day I was going to step up because this was
actually a title I wanted to see and why I didn't buy it for my PC *face palm*? Well my wife see's the huge TV pulled away from the wall and asks, "what's with the television?" oh! Hi! I just bought a 500 dollar game! Oh yeah, I can't play it.

 

Its sad that they cant give us an eta on when it will be back up. I signed out at 5:30pm eastern cause of a game freezing up and ever since then cant sign back in. I was looking forward to playing titanfall today. Oh well hopefully its fixed in the morning.
