    Error 0x00000001 during game installation


    Hi, I'm having an issue with installing games from Xbox app on Windows 10.

    I'm getting an error message with code 0x00000001.

    I have everything up-to-date, Windows is updated, I have tried restart the computer several times, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. Nothing helped.

    How can I fix this? Thanks

    Error 0x00000001 is a general Windows Stop Error. Basically there is an issue with your OS. You may need to do a repair install.
