Error 0x00000001 but only on 2 games

In this case, since this is happening only with two games, try to follow the steps below:

First, see if Windows is updated:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click Download and Install Now option, if available (check for optional updates too);

After that:

- Cancel the games installation and clear the queue. Go to Start > Type PowerShell > Right click it and select “Run As Administrator” > Type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

- Delete all the files inside the Cache folder at:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

- Also delete Microsoft Store local cache files at:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe

- Go to Start > Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > See if your connection test shows open NAT and connected to server. If you receive any error message, please let me know.

- Press Windows + R. Type TEMP and press Enter. Delete all files inside it. Repeat the same procedure but typing %TEMP% and Prefetch.

- Restart Windows.

- If you're using a proxy, please stop using it for now:

- Press Windows Key + R. Type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings. Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box. Click Ok.

Try to download the games again and please let me know how it goes.

I was really hoping it isn't the 0x00000001 error, because the only solution I know for it is reinstalling Windows

My system is up to date and I reinstalled Gaming Services. Still the same error.

Error code 0x00000001

The error code is the same as before: 0X00000001 Unexpected error

I tried doing that and it showed me and error instantly error code 0x00000001.
