Error 0x00000000 on Xbox app

I have tried downloading from the Xbox App, the Error Code is 0x00000000.

So, i insisted in downloading the game in the Microsoft Store since it don't close like the app, left for 1 hour and the error 0x00000000 showed up. Tried the Windows 10 installation media and still nothing

Hi, my name is Fernando and I am an independent consultant for Microsoft products.

Check if your windows and all its services are up to date:

- Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

- Click Check for Updates;

- Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If the issue persist:

- In the windows search bar type "Powershell"

- Right click and select open as administrator

- Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers"

Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and open the gamepass app, it will ask you to reinstall the gaming services, install it, and try again.

I have updated the Xbox app to my Windows computer. I need help with an error code that is not recognized in the error code list. I am trying to update my xbox one and it says it has a problem with the following error code: 0x8B0500B6 0x00000000 0x9FFF0004.

Can anyone help?

Are you trying to message friends? What is the specific error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you receive? Are you able to send messages using the Xbox App on a smartphone or via Xbox.com?
