    I purchased a game and Cannot seem to get it to download. It either stays queued or the installation cancels and prompts to type "0x0" on Xbox.com/errorhelp , started yesterday any one know anything about this? Yoooo Xbox what's up with this? A lot of people
    are experiencing the same issue. Games need to be played my friends...

    I just purchased Steep on my Xbox one and it tell me the game is either not installing or queued.

    Hi there,

    I've seen this error a few times now, let's see if the same steps will resolve the issue on your end too.

    Please try the power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console



    After the console has fully restarted the download should start

    Hi there,

    I've seen this issue a few times and in most situations it is solved by the following steps.

    Please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, for a Regular Xbox One (not the S) be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:

    I am having the same problem I am trying to install DOOM and it isn't working I cant remember how to restart the XOBX one S and it keeps popping up 0x0 go to xbox.com/errorhelp and nothing seems to be working
