    error 0x0


    hi, so i downloaded forza horizon 3 days ago, i've done the tutorial and the plat online section in active now. but everttime i click on it , it says finding a horizon life session and it stays there like 10 min and then i get a error that says : unable to connect to the live configuration servers.

    and then when i press enter in the freeroam i get a error like this:

    i dont know why it keeps happening, im not able to play online , and i never did before:

    and as you can see here every thing is fine about my connections.

    what should i do?

    hi, im the make of the post and idk how my post got here , becuase i posted this on the microsoft website anyway, i just wanted to say i play in pc and any thing might help so if you know anything that can possibly fix the problem, let me know.

    Hi there,

    I've seen this issue a few times and in most situations it is solved by the following steps.

    Please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, for a Regular Xbox One (not the S) be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:

    I am having the same problem I am trying to install DOOM and it isn't working I cant remember how to restart the XOBX one S and it keeps popping up 0x0 go to xbox.com/errorhelp and nothing seems to be working
