Error 002000 Solutions not working

Same here for 2 days now. I think it's a shame that nobody from taptiles can give us a REAL answer that works... like maybe they've disabled the daily challenges or something? So, is there anyone in-the-know reading our messages?

Woohoo! Back in action this morning (the third). I've just finished the nine challenges to catch up.

I checked Xbox status this morning and it was finally green. Clicked on Taptiles daily challenges and they're working for today. I played one game of each day, and they are working. Would have been nice to have some reply from support or mods, but at least
its fixed.

So how come some people can open these and others no l can´t open any solitaire,taptiles mahong.get the same error on all of there daily challenges since end of april anybody help with this,

Oh and yes l also have tried everything listed in facebook and wherever l can find info, but nothing has worked up to now.

I had microsolft support uninstall and reinstall Taptiles today. They did not fix the problem. I can't even get the game to open. With so many people complaining one would think that the problem is not with our individual computers

I have been unable to get Tap Tiles daily challenges for 2 days. Can get other games with no problem

I too have tried everything listed to no avail. Is it true they have discontinued supporting Taptiles and this is why the daily challenges are no longer available?

I too am having the same problem on Windows 8.1. Worked fine on April 30th. May 1st (and 2nd) I get the same error message. Other games, such as Mahjong, Solitaire and Minesweeper are all OK. So, Microsoft, what have you done wrong?
