Error 002000 Solutions not working

you are not allone, i think many peopels have problem whit taptiles (1.May und 2.May and ?) Errorcode 002000. nothing works.

 

Having the same problem for May 1st and 2nd. Other xbox daily challenges working. Hoping this is due to Xbox live status showing limited for Games and Social. Would really appreciate a Mod letting us know what is happening and when it might be fixed.

 

I too am having the same problem on Windows 8.1. Worked fine on April 30th. May 1st (and 2nd) I get the same error message. Other games, such as Mahjong, Solitaire and Minesweeper are all OK. So, Microsoft, what have you done wrong?

 

Same with me. Working fine in april; errors from 1-may. Nothing wrong with Mahjong.

Same problema here from the first hours of May 1st...(just up 4/30 midnight I can play my pending challenges of april...but when attempt play those of May...the message "There seems to be a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please check your internet
connection and try again. Please refer to error code 002000" come back one time and other all the time). I try in 3 PCs (2 Win 8, 1 Win 8.1) all with the same results...And in all the other games (Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Minesweeper an Mahjong work
fine and can complete the challenges of May 1st and 2nd...)

The only thing that I see it is that the Xbox support site say that Xbox Live network it is with "limited" features...that can affect the games....(but seems affect only Taptiles because the other games run fine)

I too have tried everything listed to no avail. Is it true they have discontinued supporting Taptiles and this is why the daily challenges are no longer available?

 

Can't express enough the frustration level with this issue - it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and why can't they send us something to say they're working on the problem? When the other two (Mahjong and Solitaire) are ok why only Taptiles? And I
can't find anything in the Support sections to explain this error code. Anyone had any luck with finding anything out?

 

I have been unable to get Tap Tiles daily challenges for 2 days. Can get other games with no problem

I can understand how you feel. I have done the samething and still it will not work.

 

I am having this problem, too. Am having it on 2 separate tablets, so it's a game problem, not a tablet problem. Can someone at Xbox please fox this?

 

I am having the same problem and did exactly what you did and went through all the steps and no resolution. It happened for me on 5/1/14, right after an update on 4/30/14.

 

I HAVE AN UPDATE!!!

It seems as though the mods don't work this forum anymore, sadly. But I found this on facebook today from a mod who use to work the forum.

"Hey all! The Taptiles Daily Challenge issue was indeed a glitch on our end that should be resolved now. It will take a bit for them to be up fully but hopefully you should be able to get to those challenges by this afternoon!"

All will be well again soon
