Error 002000 Solutions not working

When I click on the calendar in Taptiles to complete the challenges for May 1st I receive this message

"There seems to be a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please check your internet connection and try again. Please refer to error code 002000"

I can play Microsoft's Mahjong, Solitaire and Minesweeper, so my internet connection is fine.

I searched for an explanation or solution and found the post here.

I attempted all of the possible solutions below with no success in fixing the problem:

Restart Your PC/Tablet




Make Sure Xbox Isn't Down - I can log into the other games, so Xbox is not down.

Make Sure Your Firewall/Anti-Virus Isn't Blocking The Apps

Make Certain Your Windows Updates Didn't Get "Stuck"

Uninstall & Reinstall with a Clean Windows Store Cache

Refresh Your Computer

Clear Your Disk Cache

Download the free game Shuffle Party and tell us what error code you get - This game works fine, no error to report.

Microsoft Minesweeper Daily Challenges won't load.

keep getting error coded 002000 - Yesterday working fine --- UPDATE over night - Today not working...

I am having the same problem. The daily challenges in taptiles was working fine last night at about midnight but today I keep getting the 002000 error that I am not connected tot he inter net and I am connected.

 

I am having the same problem. Starting today. I click on the daily challenges - this error comes up. I have restarted and am connected to the internet.

 

Getting exactly the same problem for the last few days. Any news?

 

Same issue here, May 1st 2014. April 30th loaded no issues. I've got through the linked troubleshooting steps that are in the forum sticky with no improvement. I'm an hour away from loosing 25 days progress towards marathon. Frustrating....

 

It's the 2nd of May and they're still not loading. The Arkadium website says they ceased the Taptiles Saga game on 30th April, so I'm guessing Taptiles is also no longer supported, at least as far as producing new Daily Challenges.

If so, it is a shame as I've been doing them for ages now. Gold badges since December 2012!

 

I am also having the same problem. Tried it again this a.m. and it still is not working? I tried all of the solutions and still nothing.

Have had error code 02000 for the last 2 days have rebooted and uninstalled and reinstall the game ,download the shuffle game and have no problems playing it

 

Same problem here. Running Windows 8.1 on a Surface Prol
