Erroneous Suspension

This is for the enforcement team. I received a temporary suspension under the heading of Communications. I want to understand why I received this in the first place as it is completely ridiculous. The suspension is temporary for 24hrs! So I am not all that
concerned with the duration, what is of major concern to me is the system that is in place. There is no accountability for complainants or complainees and no transparency in this system. No option to raise a case review if suspension is only 24hrs so you
have to waste your valuable time seeking other routes to highlight issues, than having to place communications like this in public forums is unacceptable and totally inappropriate. This does not form the basis of good codes of conduct due to the public nature
of a forum. As you may have gathered I am not pleased with the suspension, but all I seek at this time is a reason for it other than a generic auto generated and unthought provoking response. Thanks.

Purchase bug?

I don't want a purchase refunded. I want an erroneous charge on my credit card and an erroneous use of existing money on my account reversed.
