    My kid plays fortnite, about a week ago he made a single purchase of V-bucks, i technically made the purchase with my account. 4 days later I see 4 more identicle purchases. He has not made the purchases, has received no additional V-bucks. So I request
    a refund. They do refend 3 of them, but tell me ive reached the maximum number of refunds per policy. How does a company get away with this? How can you not speak to anyone? Anybody else have similar issues?

    I don't want a purchase refunded. I want an erroneous charge on my credit card and an erroneous use of existing money on my account reversed.

    I have been told to reply to a confirmation email that states my request for a refund has been denied because no one on the phone can help with refunds. I have not received this email. Only the email stating my refund request has been processed. Nothing more in my spam folders either so I am not sure what more to do other than report the charge.

    I have been denied a refund. The reason stated was that I had already received a refund. Yet it wasn't for this item it was for another item purchased the same day by accident.

    I have informed my bank and they are working to handle the dispute. Why is it that Microsoft does not wish to refund me for an accidental purchase?
