Erro Xbox Insider (Xbox one Update Preview)

Já faz algum tempo que faço parte do xbox hub insider, e já faz algum tempo também que foi liberado o acesso beta. Mas sempre que tento trocar o ring do alfa para o beta, aparece o seguinte erro. "Já registrado. Para fazer alterações, entre com a mesma conta
que você usou para esta previa neste dispositivo". Essa conta que utilizo é a minha conta principal no xbox. Sempre a utilizei, então não entendo o porque não consigo fazer a alteração.

Desde já agradeço toda ajuda.

Fans Can Now Opt into the Xbox Insider Program

Today we’re inviting new participants to join Preview Alpha, and removing some inactive Preview Alpha participants.

Those invited to join Preview Alpha will receive an Xbox Live message today with the invite and instructions on how to join. Users invited to join Preview Alpha today have been Xbox Insiders for at least six months and mettwo or more of the following criteria:
• Active on one or more consoles enrolled in the Xbox One Update Preview
• Submitted detailed Report-a-problem feedback in the last 90 days
• Made significant Xbox Insider XP gains in the last 90 days

We removed access to Preview Alpha from some Xbox Insiders who did not have a console currently enrolled in Preview Alpha or provided no feedback to the Xbox team over the past 90 days.

Because of overwhelming response and limited space, we’re not currently offering a way to invite friends to the Xbox One Update Preview. We’ll let Insiders know if this changes in the future.

Note If you previously participated in the Xbox Preview Program, you can rejoin the Xbox One Update Preview at any time by selecting it from the
Insider content list in the Xbox Insider Hub.

If your experiencing constant updates then you are in the preview program most likely. most of the time the preview program content is brand new and can have some bugs if you would like to opt-out

I no longer wish to participate in the Xbox One Update Preview. How can I stop participating in this or other previews?

Leaving the Xbox One Update Preview is just as easy as joining it. You can remove yourself from the Xbox One Update Preview by following these steps:

Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One console.
On the main landing page, select Insider content.
Under System, select Xbox One Update Preview.
Select Join or Manage.
At the very bottom select Unenroll.

Note: This process typically takes an average of 10 minutes to complete.
