Erro trying to open a replace request in the Online Support Center

Hi!

I've been trying to create a replace order for my controller for some time now. After filing all the data I get a generic "An error occured. Please try again later" message. Any ideas?

The problem with my controller is that it's vibrating in a really weird way. The right "engine" does a really loud noise and the vibration is extreme, lots of time greater than the left side of the controller.

Trying to update my games and they are just sitting in a queue

An erro pops up on my screen saying 0x0 and the support can't find it and the erro is for my games when I try to update them so I can't play the games it is trying to update

First off, I'm sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi issue. As for the replacement, we attempt to replace the unit with the same type of device, but it varies based on availability of the the item in the service center. I would submit that warranty request soon
by visiting the Online Service center page or by getting in contact with our chat or phone support agents through our

Sorry to hear it. Just to be sure though, what are you doing in-game when this happens? Remember that each rumble engine is a separate system now. That means that if you're driving and rub the car on the left side that side will rumble greater than the
right.
