Eu verifiquei um erro no dia 02.02.2019 quando o suporte apareceu um erro de compras ao qual o meu xbox apareceu um erro de comunicação ao suporte com opção de ficar pressionado ao botão microsoft e inciar,
mas porém nada resolve, não acho uma solução no suporte e não queria formatar e perder tudo,

Thank you for reaching out. Before suggesting any troubleshooting, I'd like for you to clarify a few things for us. First, what was the error you received? Where exactly are you receiving said error? Hope to hear back from you soon!

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart

O jogo foi baixado complemente e nao aparece numero de erro, nenhum codigo aparece, apenas a mensagem de reportar o erro ao suporte.

I have this erro code too. First, my profile stop go on xbox live... i talk 2 times with xbox suport (Brazil) and speak many tips, but don't work.

Now i erase my profile and try re-download, but the error apear:
