Erro PES19 [Mod Translation - PES19 error]

Boa Noite,

estou tendo problemas para jogar o PES19. Até sábado estava utilizando normalmente, e desde então não consigo mais utilizar. ele me apresenta o erro 0x82D40007. Nas ajudas referente a esse erro já verifiquei todas as possibilidades e ainda não consigo acessar
o jogo. Visto que tenho o game pass com assinatura está válida, tenho o jogo baixado e adquirido pelo game pass, só uso esse aparelho como xbox principal, não tenho pendência de saldo de assinatura. Poderiam me auxiliar em que procedimento fazer pra resolver
essa questão?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to launch a game that you got from the Xbox Game Pass.

Do you also run into the same problem when launching any other Xbox Game Pass game?

This
error code signifies that there are problems with your subscription, however, you have already verified that your subscription is all up-to-date, so the other thing that we would have to recommend would have to be to make sure you are connected to Xbox
Live [the internet] and try to
re-set your console as your Home Xbox once more.

If you do this, and you are still experiencing difficulties then you would have to

re-install the game once more.

NAt is good before and I try Nat changes and I change dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for days, delete pes19 and load , and one more time I take off my ethernet cable the problem still continues

While playing pes19 , little time good playing and little time bad playing

What can I do to take a tv service help or to give my xbox to service
