I was able to download the Gears of War 2 and judment, I couldn't download the Gears of War and gears of war.

The Gears of War games in particular are super finicky when it comes to redeeming the codes. Very often we see redemption issues like the one you are experiencing when people's Xbox Live account region does not match their physical location. Please double
check that both your account region and physical location match and if not, please follow the >>troubleshooting guide<<
to make that happen and then try redeeming your codes again.
