ERRO NO JOGO TECHNOMANCER (Error in the game TECHNOMANCER)

Boa noite,
Estou jogando o TECHNOMANCER, já na fase (los asuntos turbios de un watcher) porem não consigo passar dele pois ao chegar neste ponto o boneco que tem de me passar informação fica estático, não segue a sequência
do jogo e não posso seguir a missão.
O que poderá ser?

Tenho o xbox une.

Just bought an Xbox One - can anyone recommend a decent Space Opera RPG like Mass Effect?

Only game I can think of is The Technomancer.

Upon installing a game "technomancer" I get this error code. ive quit the app then restarted it. I've restarted my x box but still I receive the error code.

Sounds like there might be some corruption on the actual save on the game. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it as follows:

If you must reinstall a game, uninstall it first and then reinstall it. Here's how:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select
   My games and apps.
2. Select Games.
3. Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the Menu button , and then select Manage game.
   
4. Select Manage all, select Uninstall all, and then select Uninstall.
   

You can then reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Microsoft Store. To download the game again, search for the game in the Microsoft Store, select the game, and then
select Install.

None of the progress that has been completed would be affected by these steps and it does clear up a lot of issues. Give it a shot and keep us posted on how it goes!
