Erro no jogo dying light[Error in dying light game]

Toda vez que tento entrar em uma sessão de qualquer amigo no jogo dying ligjt aparece um erro que a sessão está indisponível,sendo que as vezes eles estão até jogando com outro amigo.

[Translation - Every time I try to enter a session of any friend in the game dying ligjt appears an error that the session is unavailable, being that sometimes they are even playing with another friend.]

Esse erro só acontece no jogo dying light comigo,os outros jogos todos funcionam o modo online normalmente.

Meu tipo de nat é aberto e dos meus amigos também, e mesmo assim não conseguimos jogar juntos.

Thanks for letting us know about the situation you're experiencing. I can understand how not being able to join your friends game could dampen the fun. If the is the only game that this is happening in, you might want to try the steps outlined our

Xbox One Game Freeze Solution as some primary troubleshooting. I'd also try a

power cycle of the console if you haven't already.

When you get a chance, give those steps a try and let us know if that helped.

Perform a test to check your NAT settings. Also do you get this error only in this game or in other titles as well?

Did you purchase Dying Light: The Following (which is just an expansion for Dying Light) or did you actually purchase Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition (which is Dying Light and the Expansion)? It kinda sounds like you have just purchased the
expansion and would still need to purchase the main game.
