quando eu entro na opção um jogador tem o erro impossível ler o disco 1. Limpe o disco com um pano macio 2. Reinicie o console

Baixei um jogo e quando inicializo ele da erro de jogo

Comprei um jogo pela xbox live e quand baixei e fui jogar da erro de jogo, impossivel ler o disco, mas como vai ler ser não tem disco, já que foi conteudo baixado ?

To double check, are you having issue downloading the game or are you having trouble starting the game? If you haven't already tried, it may be worth trying a different storage device. Let us know if you're able to try a different device

comprei o forza horizon pela livre e fiz o dowlond dele so que esta dando erro de disco,como pode da erro de disco, se eu compre ele pela livre se for assim eu quero meu dinheiro de valta,ja baixei tres vezes e não resolvel me problema

tive o mesmo problema com o leitor de disco acusando o erro (0x21) nos games toda vez que troquei... segui a orientação de reiniciar o console (hard-reset) e deu certo...

Conprei o GTASA ontem a noite, deixei baixando a noite toda e hoje de manhã quando eu fui jogar, apareceu um erro, dizia que precisava do disco rígido e precisava ser original. (meu Xbox é original antes que me perguntem) e não entendi o problema pois eu
