Erro E102 no xbox one

O meu xbox one desliga sozinho após alguns segundos de ligado. Quando liga, surge uma mensagem de erro do sistema (E102). Já fiz todo o passo a passo recomendado no site da Microsoft, mas não resolveu o problema do erro no sistema. Me ajudem!

“I need help with system updates on my Xbox One”. If you have tried everything listed and the console still will not boot up your console may need to be serviced.

Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced.

Resolveu momentaneamente.

Infelizmente, no dia seguinte surgiu um novo erro.

Agora a mensagem é de erro 105 ou E105. Devo repetir o mesmo procedimento usado anteriormente no erro 102, para voltar a usar meu video game?
