Apos tenta atializa meu xbox one. Deu. Erro. E100 baixei atualizacao tudo que. Tipo nao. Funcionou dai um certo dia hoje 6/2/18 comsegui comserta era o drive nao estava quebrado mas era o drive bugado tem uma trava no drive e tipo um bute no
drive o dowload parava em 58 pocento direto. Depois que mechi no drive. Foi de boa .vo deixa meu [mod removed] .quem tive um amigo com esse poblema repasse pra ele lembrando nao. Sou tecnico de video game so nao quis paga 240 so pra meche em uma travinha e
desbuga eu xbox. Resumindo da meu dinheiro. Suado pros outros

tenho ate vergonha da live estou sem conseguir baixar meu nperfil no console 3 semanas codigo de erro 80072EFE ja fiz tudo que mostra no suporte e nada de solucao liguei no suporte e nada tambem que vergonha microsoft entao pensa em se vtorna ouro espere
ate a microsoft resolve esse problema se nao te digo que nao vale a pena ser ouro

plicacao e uma solucao pq tinha acabado de coloca live gold gostaria de uma solucao pra e eu volta se a jogar ou vcs restornassem meu dinheiro ou de uma solucao pra q eu volte a jogar

Sorry to hear about the trouble - can you try the below steps for a self-recovery on the console, and let us know if that helps?

1. Hold down the power button on the front of your Xbox One console until it fully powers down, unplug the power cord, and wait 30 seconds. Please note the console must be fully powered down; the next steps will not work if the console is powered on from connected
standby.

2. Plug the power cord back in.

3. PRESS the POWER Button then Hold down the Bind button (located on the side of the console next to the USB port) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console next to the optical disc slot), continue holding down Bind and Eject until you hear
a second “power up” chime.

4. Then SELECT Reset this Xbox - This Troubleshooter takes the User to a page that allows them to select full reset or reset but keep content (this allows you to keep your installed games and settings!)

coloquei o codigo do cartão presente para pegar 100 e falava para mim vim falar com vocês para ativa-lo

falaram que ele tava desativado e precisava ativa me ajudem gastei 100 reais

Boa noite. Não consigo realizar o download do jogo Hello Neighbor, que está disponível na Xbox Live Pass Ultimate para PC. A seguinte mensagem de erro aparece: (0x803f8001). Já vi diversos tópicos sobre este erro e nenhum dos procedimentos respondidos funcionam.

O jogo dá este erro pelo aplicativo da Xbox (Beta) e quando vou tentar iniciar o download do jogo pela Microsoft Store aparece "Adquirindo Licença..." e em seguida o mesmo erro Código: 0x803F8001.

Este erro ocorreu por enquanto somente no Hello Neighbor.

Aguardo suporte.
