    I get tthe error 0x80bd0006 when trying to view my subscription on my xbox one. When trying to look at my account on xbox.com I get a 'uh oh, that shouldn't of happened' screen.

    Any help ?

    I can't view my subscriptions from xbox one, I get error code 0x80bd0006

    Also if I log on to xbox.com and selects My Account I get an error.

    Please help?

    i can't access deals with gold page on Xbox one

    After the last update, i can't access deals with gold page on the Xbox one. I tried calling support but they didn't know of a solution for this problem. Can someone help me? When i'm trying to go to subscription page I've got 0x80bd0006 error code.

    Yeah, kinda my thoughts as well. Here's hoping it's working by tomorrow. Slightly comforting to learn I'm not alone though.

    Are you able to access the subscriptions page in settings by chance? I am not, I get error code 0x80bd0006.

    I got the "0x80bd0006" error code. It will not let me renew my subscription, play online, or talk to friends. Yet i can see what they are doing, even though it says i'm nt connected to the internet. Please help me to solve this.!
