    Estou tentando comprar um jogo, Red Dead Redemption 2 e aparece que não é possível efetuar o pagamento. Gostaria de saber se é um erro da Microsoft ou um erro na minha conta.

    Thank you for posting on the forums.

    For billing related issues or questions, it may be best to contact
    Xbox Customer Support     as we don't have the proper tools to look into what might be causing the purchase issues.

    What I can recommend is to
    update the payment option     that you are trying to use. Just remove the payment option and then re-add it.

    I hope the issue can get resolved.
