Erros com o D3D11 é erro do Directx 11, já tentou fazer update ao Directx? Pode tentar estes passos: (https://support.microsoft.com/pt-br/help/179113/how-to-install-the-latest-version-of-directx)

Se atualizar o directx 11 e voltar a dar o erro, tem que tentar atualizar as drivers da placa gráfica, terá que procurar diretamente no site do fabricante.

O jogo foi baixado complemente e nao aparece numero de erro, nenhum codigo aparece, apenas a mensagem de reportar o erro ao suporte.

estava dando esse mesmo erro ao tentar instalar o gear 5. desinstalei o avira e instalou normalmente.
