Hi Roberto,

Sorry for the issue with the console not updating. Here is a
troubleshoot guide for Xbox 360 updates. Try every solution as there are quite a few. Solution 7 usually works if all others don't. Try these and let us know.

Hi Roberto,

Thanks for letting us know. If the console is out of warranty, Microsoft no longer repairs out of warranty Xbox 360 or original Xbox. You may try a different Hard drive, if yours is removable. If you do make sure it is a Microsoft HD for Xbox 360.
