Ola, estou tentando acessar a loja e baixar alguns apps como Netflix e YouTube, mas sempre que clico neles aparece esse erro (807B01F4) de imediato, como na foto.. Já busquei algumas soluções no site oficial da Xbox mas não me ajudaram as
soluções de la. Se alguém souber o que fazer por favor me ajudem, nenhum app esta querendo baixar por causa desse erro, grato!

Thank you for coming to the forums today,

Please be aware that if you are having an issue with your 360 apps, it is recommended that you uninstall and reinstall the app.

Possible work around for error code 807b0193. No items in browse apps, Can not search and no way to download deleted app*

Xbox 360

1. Make sure you are logged in using a profile you used previously to download whatever app you need.

2. Scroll to settings

3. Then Account

4. Then Download History

5. Scroll until you see the app

6. Follow on screen instructions from there.

7. Say thank you, it has taken me a while to find this

This is still being investigated by Xbox engineer team.

This is a known issue. Media apps not working on the Xbox 360. We appreciate you letting us about this matter. Xbox engineers are currently working on this on the back end. They are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved so as to be able to
use those apps once more.

As of now there is not a concrete resolution for us to get this up and running, but rest assured, we're working to get this situated.

I have already stated that i have tried all the options on the support page and explained that the free games appeared with prices on the website.
