Erro 0x803f800f mesmo com a Live Gold ativa (Error 0x803f800f even with Live Gold active)

Olá, de alguns dias para hoje, alguns jogos da Live Gold simplesmente pararam de funcionar, apresentando o erro 0x803f800f falando que a Live Gold deve ser verificada e se necessário renova-la para uso do jogo.

Acontece que a minha Live só Expira em 09/08/2019.

Já tentei reiniciar o console, desconectar todos os cabos reconecta-los e até o hard reset(segurando o power por 10 segundos e desconectando da força).

Engraçado é que não são todos os jogos, até o momento reparei que o mesmo acontece em Hands of Fate, So Many Me e Worms Battlegrounds.

Destes, o So Many Me eu tenho certeza que foi jogado ainda essa semana.

Alguma ideia?

Translate-Hello, from a few days to today, some live gold games just stopped working, presenting error 0x803f800f saying that live gold should be checked and if necessary renew it for use of the game.

Turns out my Live only expires on 09/08/2019.

I have tried restarting the console, disconnect all cables reconnect them and up to the hard reset (holding the power for 10 seconds and disconnecting from the force).

Funny thing is that it's not all games, so far I noticed that the same happens in Hands of Fate, So Many Me and Worms battlegrounds.

Of these, So Many me I'm sure it was played even this week.

Any ideas?

Ok, I've made sure to met those criteria, did the full reset but it was not working yet.

So I've signed out, removed my account and added again. After that it took a couple of seconds for my "Not installed list" to sync and I was able to find those games again, installed and they started working again.

Thank you for all the help, I'll be looking into if anything else happens and let you know.

Hey Patrick thanks for keeping us updated!

If the previous troubleshooting didn't help then the issue to could be on the Microsoft Account itself so we suggest (in an effort to be really thorough) to reset the console since a
Soft
Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) would clear up most errors.
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

I've just tried that, even uninstalled the game and tried to install it again, still the same error.

Hey Patrick thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us,

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, we suggest clearing out the Network Card Cache since when this cache gets full it can cause this type of errors (not recognizing the Xbox Live Subscription).

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Clear and Restart
