Acabei de comprar Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege e não consigo joga-lo, aparece esse erro que demorou muito para iniciar, eu ja fiz tudo q eu oodia, desinstalei e instalei,dei hard reset, resetei o xbox, eu consigo jogar outros jogos normais mas em alguns
da esse erro como no fortnite.

Oque eu faço? Perdi meu dinheiro atoa?

in issue with your profile. You'll first want to be sure that you can sign in on a different device (laptop, tablet, etc) at the website
account.microsoft.com to ensure that your credentials are working. If you can sign in there, then you should be able to do so on the console.

I recommend that you try the solution provided by Lance and reset your console, but choose the option that allows you to keep your games and apps installed. This should clear your console's operating system of any potentially damaging files that may be causing
this issue. Please be sure to know your log in information for your or any other profile on the console prior to doing so.

I hope this helps a bit more and please let us know the results.

Sou uma pessoa que desiste muito fácil, e levando em conta que gosto bastante da microsoft e seus consoles que ja me ajudaram bastante em momentos q eu estava triste, não irei mais me aprofundar nesse erro, parece que não tem mais solução.
