Bonjour

A chaque fois que j'insère un DVD ou Blu Ray dans le lecteur j'ai un message d'erreur 0x91d7000a qui dit "Disque arrêté. Assurez-vous que l'entrée HDMI de votre téléviseur prend en charge la gestion des droits HDCP. Si ce n'est pas le cas, essayez
de brancher votre console une autre entrée du téléviseur"

J'ai éteint, rallumé de nombreuses fois

J'ai essayé avec des DVD que j'ai déj lu et j'ai le même résultat

J'ai changé le câble de connexion entre la console et la TV, rien ne change

J'ai désinstallé, réinstallé, toujours rien

J'ai vidé le stockage persistant

Par contre les disques de jeux fonctionnent

I turned it off, switched back on many times

I tried with DVDs that I have already read and I have the same result

I changed the connection cable between the console and the TV, nothing changes

I uninstalled, reinstalled, still nothing

I emptied the persistent storage

On the other hand the game disks work]

Hello Denis,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. You can try a different HDMI cable, also try a different HDMI port on your TV. If this does not work you can uninstall and reinstall the Bluray app.

This error only happens with that specific bluray of DBZ? Or also happens with other bluray movie discs?

Every bluray I have (one 4k UHD Bluray and dozens of regular bluray titles) does not work with the Xbox One S I have. They work just fine in my other Xbox One (regular 500gb, not S or elite XBO, and obviously not the 4k UHD bluray) but every time I get an
HDCP error for 5 minutes flipping between the error screen and bluray app frozen, then it just tells me it cannot read the disc. Apparently the Xbox One S needs a different bluray app than the regular Xbox One bluray app. Maybe if the community was allowed
to make a bluray app for the Xbox One S it could save Microsoft some face since I have more faith in the community at fixing a problem via their own bluray app than Microsoft fixing it.
