erreur 0x87e0000f

Hi everyone,

I've seen a lot of persons with the issue "0x87e0000f" when googling but none which seemed to have working solution so i will try again - and lots of them are very very old

I've digitally bought assassin's Creed odissey 1 month ago.

The game was working fine until last week when during an upgrade, the game was automatically deleted. I had contacted support, who told me that can happen due to an error during the download of an upgrade, that I just need to reinstall the whole game again.

Problem is : i've unsucessfully tried reinstall the game 3 times, but it keeps crashing at 84.2% and giving me the "error 0x87e0000f" message.

Anyone would have successfully overcome this issue ?

Hey sorry to hear that, is it downloading to the internal storage as that might help. Do check your internet connection to see if its A okay, might be a bad connection or a lot of devices are connected. Even reboot your router to give it a refresh and
it could help. Hope it works out

Otherwise, how to get reimbursed for a digital game that does not work ?

If your having that issue consider clearing your storage and clearing local saved games and maybe removing the account and relogging in it may fix your problem

Sorry for your trouble dear sir. I understand that is not comfortable. Please see nature of your error here.
Don't delete your saves. Try factory reset with option keeping your apps and games. There is lot of other players who complain about particular game. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Hi,

Delete all content from this game , then Powercycle the console ( on main menu press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console , wait 10-15 sec, restart ) , try to install the game.

Does it help ?

If i do so, i will loose my save of the game, won't i ?
