Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème depuis peu, quand j'essaie d'accéder au Microsoft store de ma xbox one, le message d'erreur 0x80072ee2 s'affiche. J'ai tester ma connection internet et tout est fonctionnel. Toutes mes mise jour sont jour. J'ai aussi tenter les
solutions proposer en branchant ma boite wi-fi directement sur ma Xbox one mais toujours rien.��

I've been having a problem recently, when I try to access the Microsoft store of my xbox one, the error message 0x80072e2 appears. I test my internet connection and everything is functional. All my updates are up to date. I also try the solutions offer by
plugging my wi-fi box directly into my Xbox one but still nothing.

Thank you for responding with the update. We're going to do things a bit different now. We're going to reset your console again but this time delete everything.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [DELETE EVERYTHING]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything, go with that option. This will reset the Operating system [OS]
of the console and allow you a fresh start-up.

Yes, I can connect myself to the Microsoft store from another device. And now I can't use any app or game on my xbox one, every time I tried the error 0x80072ee2 appear.

reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will
reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up.
