Bonjour , j'ai acheter un jeu via un site d'achat en ligne en octobre , apres une pause sur ce jeu pendant 1 bon mois et demi , j'ai voulu my remettre ce soir , sauf que j'ai un code erreur avec pour mention : soit votre achat a été rembourser soit votre
précommande a etait annulé , si vous ne l'avez pas annulé , veuillez mettre a jour vos infotmation de paiement .

Sauf que ce n'etait pas une precommande et j'ai pu y jouer une cinquantaine d'heure , la maintenant le produit est installé sauf que je ne peu plus y jouer , il me demande de l'acheter alors qu'il est deja acheter ....

Thanks again for keeping us updated by replying. Since you purchased the game via another website as you originally stated, if it was a code for the game, the redemption of it would be indicated in your Microsoft account. If it is a disk game then you would
of course have a disc as your proof of ownership.

Again, if you've already attempted to refresh your profile by
removing the profile from the console, rebooting the console and then re-adding your profile as I previously recommended and you still cannot play Assassins Creed Odyssey, then you should contact support directly as recommended by XBF Brad in order for
the support team to check into your profile to see if there are any inconsistencies. You may also wish to double check your record of payment for the card you used to purchase from the other site to ensure that the payment went through successfully as this
has sometimes been an issue in the past for others.

Hi I kno this thread is a year old but am having similar issues with fifa 20 which I just purchased and my bank account already debited.

Game is still downloading at about 35gb now but won't play.(getting the error message - 0x803f8007) that I need to buy it to play it.

The game is not visible on my transaction history either. However I've been debited .

Pls help.
