    Err code: 0X8027025a on Xbox 1


    Whenever I start up my xbox 1 it starts up extremely slow and take a long time to sign into my profile. When i try to start any game or even go into settings it gives an error message saying "please try again err code: 0X8027025a" and I have read all of
    the help options on the support page and none have helped.

    Yup! No code, at least I don't get any, sometimes the (0x8027025a) appears.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're seeing. To clarify, is your console updated? Here's how to check.

    1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Update Console if it's available.
    If you're in the Preview Program, you already have the latest update which is 10.0.14393.1018 (rs1_xbox_rel_1608.160725-1822) fre

    If you needed to update, go ahead and do so and let us know if that helps!
