Discus and support erased xbox live numbers in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My son bought a 3 month xbox live card and rubbed to hard and rubbed some of the numbers off is there any way to find out what those numbers were...     I need your help. buy the xbox live gold subscription of 12 months. When scraping to get the code broke accidentally erased paper and 2 numbers. The number of purchases is [Mod removed] I can do to get the code numbers 25 to gain access again. thank you

    my code for Xbox live was erased because there was a really hard tape and I was trying to take it off and all the code was erased.

    The only thing I can think of if the card doesn't have the QR code on it would be to bring it back to where you purchased it and have them scan the barcode and see if it shows the code on the computer but I doubt it would just so no one could steal it.

    What are you talking about

    You cannot erase an xbox live account

    If you erase a ms account that's different

    Completely different

    You can never ever.erase.a.online account

    If you are talking about privacy law

    you are doing is erasing the personal.data but.not.the account

    No account is erased there is.a 5 year limit on gamer tags yes now.as long as you don't login

    it may be best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) for an issue like this, they should be able to double check the email address based on the Gamertag and if indeed this new account overrules the original account, they should also
    be able to provide steps on how to solve the issue.

    Leaderboards

    My leaderboard was never erased, but after they deleted the dispenser duplication glitch and renamed it the furnace duplication glitch to hide it better, maybe they should erase the leaderboards, so everyone can start over and get a fair chance?

    Also, it would be very cool if they picked a random number 1 to 500,000 and awarded that person a 'thing'.
