Erased Xbox live gold

    ok what if you go on your account on xbox live online but everything is erased nd u see another gamertag..... but you go on your xbox and everything is still there.... how do i cancel my xbox live gold?

    xbox live tenure reset

    so my xbox live tenure was reset or erased and i don't know why... I was not banned from anything and have not let my xbox live gold lapse... it should be at 11 almost 12 if not already 12. how do i get it back... I have had xbox live since halo 2.

    Xbox Live Gold Member but cant play Xbox Live multiplayer.

    Ok what I did is I formatted the harddrive so everything was erased. I redownloaded my account, I reinstalled Titanfall and Forza 5. Went to the Titanfall still asked for me to buy gold. Closed down Titanfall, put in Forza 5 went to do online multiplayer
    and it asked me to buy gold. Whats extremely weird is xbox live multiplayer works fine on my xbox 360. Not sure how that works, isnt xbox live gold universal between xbox 360 and xbox one?

    You cannot erase an xbox live account

    If you erase a ms account that's different

    Completely different

    You can never ever.erase.a.online account

    If you are talking about privacy law

    you are doing is erasing the personal.data but.not.the account

    No account is erased there is.a 5 year limit on gamer tags yes now.as long as you don't login

    Yes you can, and then you can, erase your gold. Because it is possible with Ultimate.

    it may be best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) for an issue like this, they should be able to double check the email address based on the Gamertag and if indeed this new account overrules the original account, they should also
    be able to provide steps on how to solve the issue.
