    Hi, could somebody tell me how to erase a user because i made a mess with them, the problem is that i cannoy use mi real and only user to change my points, i had created a user long time ago, so i need to delete this user and use the real one, thank you.

    Don't Erase anything.. Just buy a SanDisk 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive & it will be Xbox Configured for 14.3GB of free space for Save Data..

    i dont really get what you are asking for?

    every of these options only change one specific profile information

    1. you can remove gamertags from your console (on your xbox360)

    2. you can edit all billing information (on your xbox360)

    3. you can change the gamertag (on your xbox360)

    4. you can change the email associated to sign in (on
    https://account.live.com    )

    5. you can edit all security information (on
    https://account.live.com    )

    or

    6. you can delete a complete microsoft account AND everything associated with it, though this will not instantly enable you to use either the same gamertag nor the same email for a different profile.(on

    My problem is not PC game in this situation or getting achievements from PC games, I don't usually even play at PC, this was just test for PC CPU and GPU power back in 2017, but this test also erased my Xbox One and
    Xbox 360 Game List, if you even checked my video?

    My first achievement is from 2006 to this year 2019, and my achievements list is now starting at games what have been played after 2016, so my list should be longer (and
    it was before 2017) included about 300 games but it's not anymore as they were erased.

    I know this is hard to get, but that video explains as good I can my problem, I'm not native Eng speaker also, so it's not easy to explain.

    You're talking about games that don't have achievements? PC Games you've played that the Xbox App has detected you playing? I don't think those sync to the Live servers. Games that have achievements but you don't unlock any, I think those do.
