Equipment Trades?

We know that there are vaults in place so you can store equipment and weapons, which can then be used by any of your characters - not just the current one.

What I would like to know is if there is a way, that I haven't seen yet, that allows us to trade or gift items to other players? This ability was built in to some other games in the past and I think it would be a decent feature for Destiny as well, allowing
us to help out our team mates.

I was just hoping that maybe there was a way already, that I'm overlooking, or maybe just have not gotten the ability to perform yet?

A short version for changing your settings after the initial set up:

1. Say "Xbox, go to Settings" or select Settings at My games & apps.
2. Select TV & OneGuide.

Equipment

I forgot how to get the Xbox one to turn on all equipment (TV, Receiver, cable box). It was working fine up until today, and now it will not do those functions anymore. I have gone to the settings page, but I cannot find it. Sorry and thanks for the help.

no there is no trading and that sucks I think you should be able to trade between clan mates at least

 

I don't. You could just give your clanmates awesome gear just because they're in your clan, not because they earned it or found it through grinding. If they implement any sort of trade it should be rarity locked, so you could only trade an exotic for an
exotic, etc...

 

They are probably just trying to avoid the duping of weapons/armor that takes place whenever this option is allowed. It happens all the time in Borderlands.

 

Bungie said the following about player to player trades

You should be able to tell a badass story for every sweet jewel in your arsenal. Once you earn them, the various Guardians under your account will be able to trade them, but weapons belong to the players who acquire them through action and bravery.

 

99% of those stories involve standing in front of a cave and monotonously shooting at it in the hopes that a purple will drop.
