Episodic Games that are claimed with GWG have an issue in displaying DLC

A significant number are having this issue. I have written extensive post on it too. Its not just GwG either.

Try following, should work as a way to bypass broken 'Get' function.

Use 'add to cart' function. Go through checkout process etc. to confirrm purchase at £0.00 Return to content screen, 'install' button will now be present. Click on this and d/l should commence.

This worked for me on DLC for WoW Legends that had same issue. That was free dlc. What I am not sure of is whether you will see a £0.00 charge on GwG, should do but need somone to test. I did have issues with Batman too but activated this via website as
per advice similar to Onyx's reply which will also enable install button on content page.

In terms of will all episodes work, jury out on this, after the 5 or so content packages for Batman placed in queue a couple were not displaying correctly - thumbnail in queue was generic xbox symbol and clicking on them to drill into details brings up info
pane displaying content error messages. That said post download they do display correctly in recently downloaded items.

These issues started post Jan 2020 system update.

Did you need to have downloaded all of the chapters whilst it was being offered with GWG?

No, you didn't have to download all the chapters while it was being offered as a Games with Gold title. You just had to make sure to claim the game (not just the first episode) while it was offered, then you should be able to play it whenever as long as
your subscribed to Xbox Live.

For example, on the store page, you had to make sure to pick 'get' option and not the 'install' option.

The first episode has been free for a long time, so if you just picked 'install', then you'd only get the 1st episode.

I have cleared the alternate MAC address per your instructions, but no change– the error page displays.

Again, this is primarily the games with gold page. Occasionally, the greater Microsoft store pages have issues, but 100% of the time, gwg fails to load and displays the message (note: my gwg account doesnt expire until december).

RE: the other suggestions:

I can access the gwg and other store pages from a computer and from the xbox app on my phone (no error).

I do not have another account to sign into to test.

Check to make sure that the dlc you have is in your manage games scetion for each game. Usually dlc is downloaded and the disk is not needed. Once in a while GwG title will offer a game with the dlc but its rare .

Hi, normally the GwG Games are included with the DLCs. Sometimes yes, but that is not the norm.
