    I have a season pass for supernatural and new episode isn't showing up on my Xbox marketplace. It shows up on the website, says it's purchased but the episode doesn't show up on the Xbox 360 marketplace.

    Yeah. I've been purchasing season passes for a while now and never had a problem until now. This season of Breaking Bad has been unacceptable. every episode has been late. I won't be buying any more TV shows through Xbox.

    Sorry to hear you haven't been able to enjoy the new episode of Survivor.

    Looking into the Marketplace, it appears this episode is not yet published. Also, this episode did not air until 10/2, and I see you posted on 9/29..

    I would suggest we hang tight, and wait for that episode to get published.

    I have been purchasing season passes for the last couple of years and the shows seem to be coming out later and later, with the occasional one on time. I don't understand how they can put out shows late and expect people to continue to buy from their service.

    In my view 2 days is far from reasonable, given that the website states that episodes should be available the day after they air. I purchased Breaking Bad this season, and I'm currently waiting to be able to see the final episode, even though it is readily
    available on both iTunes and Amazon. C'mon, Microsoft, if you want to compete, don't allow stuff like this to happen. This is my first experience with purchasing a season pass on Xbox Video, and as it stands I expect it to be my last.
