Episode Duscae Download

Last year I pre-ordered Final Fantasy Type 0 HD Digital Day One Edition. It appears I never got the code for the Duscae demo though. I didn't think anything of it as at the time I didn't have the space to install it, but now I have a 5tb hard drive and with
the release of the FF15 Platinum Demo I went to download Duscae and realized I can't. I went through Xbox Support, who sent me to Square Enix support, who sent me back to Xbox Support, who sent me here. Basically every step along the way I've been told "It
says here that you should be able to download it" but I can't. So now I'm here to see what you guys can do. I have the purchase order and transcripts from every chat.

Episode Duscae code trade but duscae expiration

My Friend bought a new copy of FFtype-0 With the episode duscae code which he immiediatly sent to me in return i sent him an unused code for fallout 3 however when i inserted the code it said code used, I then checked to see if he had used it however episode
duscae was not on his profile i then went and checked and found that the codes had expired would it be possible to get another duscae code that works?

Sorry to hear you haven't received a code. If you had pre-ordered the game digitally you would have had automatic access to Episode Duscae when it was released. If you pre-ordered from a retailer they should have provided you with a code. I'm afraid if you
haven't downloaded Episode Duscae by now you would no longer have access to download it.

It isn't quite the same, but the Platinum Demo is available which gives a pretty good feel for the game. Thanks for your understanding, if you have any other Xbox support questions please let us know.

 

I had thought Duscae used to appear on my downloadable games, but the Xbox Support person said it would be from a code. I just talked to Square Enix Support yesterday, and they told me Episode Duscae is still downloadable. I USED to be able to download it,
I just didn't have the space. Now Square says it is still downloadable, but told me to talk to Xbox Support. Xbox Support said it was a code and to come here. So are you saying it isn't a code and I have to go back to support?

Duscae was not sent out via codes, unfortunately it looks like there was a miscommunication there. If you are unable to locate the demo in your 'Ready to install' list, unfortunately you will not be able to access Duscae as it is no longer up for download
in the Xbox Store.
