    Episode 3 says I haven't purchased it even after Telltale supposedly fixed the issue. I own the season pass and I made sure it's installed, but every time I try to boot up Batman, it takes me to the Xbox store. Or at least it tries to. Every time, I get
    the message "something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help". I seriously doubt it's really something on your end every single time I've tried this. Telltale needs to fix this issue for all players, not just some. All my friends were able to play
    it and I'm left behind. Also, the error code listed is 1. Just 1. Your support for error codes says that's not a thing. It's extremely difficult receiving the proper support when nobody knows what I'm talking about. I've been looking forward to playing episode
    3 for a while and it's really frustrating having it be literally my ONLY game that's not working. It's also worth mentioning that I can't even boot up the main game and try starting episode 3 from there, which seems to be Telltale's go-to "solution" for this.

    I have the same issue. I think the problem is that two separate entries are created for this game, one called "Batman" and the other is called "Batman: The Telltale Series - The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5)."
