Epicgames.com still shows my old gamertag in connections

I'm a pc user so i don't know anything about this

i need some help when logged into epicgames.com it shows that i'm conected through my old gamertag i'm about to get a starter pack and i wanted to be sure that if i redeem it i will still get the product (i had changed the gamertag 2 months ago)

Nope still got my old gamertag on there and I did pay for this one tho when I click "Choose your new gamertag" it shows my new one but when I back out it still shows my old gamertag.

You have to change the classic gamertag in the options before you purchase or use your new gamertag.

The classic gamertag is for the games that don't support the new gamertag system and the new gamertag system works in only a select few games supporting the feature

Hi. No it isn't showing both at the same time. When I turn on xbox it shows my new gamertag. But whenever I go online it shows the old one. Playing mw3. Multilayer with my friends they are still seeing the old gamertag. When I log in to Microsoft online it shows my new gamertag.

I've cleared cache on the xbox. Deleted profile and added again and still not updating.
