Epic Games will not let me use my xbox account anymore..

If your niece/nephews linked their Xbox account to your Epic Games account, you will not be able to link your accounts anymore. Each Epic Game account can only be linked with one platform account per platform. So if you remove your Xbox account from Epic, you can only re-link this same Xbox account to it.

You can check if your Xbox profile is linked or not to the Epic Games account by trying to sign in to the Epic Games website (https://www.epicgames.com/id/login) using your Xbox account (by clicking on the Xbox logo). You will then see if your Xbox profile is linked or not to an Epic Games account.
