    guys i had a ps4 account with many skins and i want to transfer them in xbox when i login in in epic games on xbox it says that this account is not able to play on this platform. Any help?

    Need help!

    I can’t remeber my Xbox sign in. I need it in order to work with my epic games account and to get fortnite on to my iOS device. And I can’t see my account info on Microsoft’s website so idk my login or password! Please help

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to help assist with the issue. As Previously stated the best way to get back into your account is to contact the game developer

    Epic Games     to try and recover the account. Since the game Fortnite is available on multiple platforms they have their own account system. Hope this answer was helpful.

    it will most likely be the password for your epic account, you will need to head over to epic and login to your account there, if you cannot login there then open a ticket to resolve or try and change your epic password.
