Epic Games connects to the wrong Xbox account

Within my son's Epic Games account he currently has a connection to his Switch. When I try to link to his new box (which is his home xbox) I want it to connect to his xbox account, but instead it connects to my xbox account and at no point does it ask which
box account to link to!

We have a family Microsoft account where I have 2 son's listed. Both son's devices are pointing at the same box! Surely, they should be pointing to their own box? When I goto devices then I have an xbox (which is wrong) and the family has an xbox, but it
should have 2!

How can I link my sone's Epic games account to his own xbox account?

once an xbox account is linked with an epic games account it is locked to it, you can un associate it but you would only be able to link that same live account to the same epic account, they changed it al early this year to stop switching.

You would need to contact epic to resolve this.

to unlink the wrong Xbox account first and have him relink it with his own account. Please let us know if you still experiencing issues.

I am logged in to one account but this account is not connected with xbox. If i want to connect these acounts, Epic Games write me that my xbox account is connected with another epic games account but i don´t know, with which account. My question is .. How can i found out which epic games account i am connected to?

The thing is, I want to know what Epic Games account my Xbox account is connected to. Is it possible to check this? I tried looking on the Xbox account connections page and it said that my Xbox account is connected to an Epic Games account, but it did not give me any information on the account.
