Epic Games Account Verification Issues - PLEASE HELP!!!!

Epic Games have put a ban on my account for no apparent reason what so ever and will not give me details why. The state I am unable to verify my account, however I have given them all information possible that they have requested. Some of the information
requested is impossible for me to give them:

1. Your public IP address(es) (IPv4) - my internet provider does not provide a static IP address but a dynamic one, therefore everytime the Xbox is disconnected from the wired in internet, it changes. The internet is not the best in the rurual area I live
   so we often disconnect the Xbox from the internet cable, for example if we are trying to watch a streamed show on Netflix. You can only do one thing at once with our internet. I gave Epic Games an IP address each time I responded to them, which would have
   been right at the time I sent it. I also gave them screen shots from the search I carried out on my Xbox to show I was searching from that device and the IP address that was revealed at the time.
   
2. I also didn't have the exact creation date of my account, as I first set up the account after downloading the app to my Ipad but knew it was in 2018 at some point. However, I was able to give a more accurate date of when the account was used to start playing
   regularly on the Xbox. This was Christmas December 2018. I'd never received any emails from Epic Games at the time I set up the account on the Ipad, so could not search for an email confirming the date it was set up. I can only assume that if I did get an
   email like this, my IT provider at the time filtered it out as spam and I am unable to find it via any searches. My IT provider is through work and has now changed so I would not be able to ask them this.
   
3. I did not have, or ever have had an Invoice ID from Epic Games, as all my purchases are made through Microsoft. I provided them with a few examples of copies of invoices from Microsoft, including the last one to date. I logged into my Epic Games Account
   and provided a screen shot of my payment history, which clearly stated none, as I have only ever purchased through Microsoft.
4. I gave them the correct location of where these purchases were made, my actual home address in fact, which I dont think you could get any more precise?
5. I provided the correct display name for when I played the game. I also provided them with screen shots of me logged into the Epic Games Store showing my account details, email address, display name etc.
   
6. I gave them the information of the credit card that was used for my purchases via Microsoft and pointed out that the location of the purchases were made at the same address as the billing address on the card. I also pointed out that the last email invoice
   I'd received from Microsoft for purchases I had made in Fortnite gave an order number and the last 4 digits of the credit card used, which matched the last 4 digits I had stated to satisfy this requirement.
7. I could not give the exact last date of my login, but the date I gave might be wrong by only one day.
8. We only use the Xbox now but previously we used my Ipad.

I have now completely hit a brick wall with Epic Games after 3 or 4 times of trying to satisfy their requirements with my information.

Has anyone else ecperienced these issues with Epic Games?

Does anyone have any advice on whjat I should dpo?

I would be extremely grateful if anyone could help as we have achievements and have spent money on V-Bucks, skins etc and I'm reluctant to loose it all.
