Epic Games Account Link Error

It is the same Xbox Live account that I unlinked in the past that I am trying to relink to my Epic Games account. I am going to see if clearing the search history will work.

Hello, it has been so that you can't link multiple epic accounts to you're Xbox account. Meaning if you made an epic account and linked that one to you're Xbox account once you are unable to link another epic account to you're Xbox account and the other
way arround. If this is thesame account you allways used on you're Xbox account then I advice to remove you're browser history and try again. Normally that would do the trick if it doesn't then something went wrong with you're epic account and it's best to
contact epic games they are able to relink you're account.

Hej, if clearing you're internet history and cache doesn't work then the problem would be with Epic Games itself. The link provided in my previous reply will bring you straight to Epic games support page. They reply very quickly. Keep me posted.

The purchases and battle pass are linked to your son's EPIC account.

So if you made a new EPIC account and linked the gamertag to that, of course no previous purchases are there.

You need to link your son's Xbox Gamertag account to the correct EPIC account with which you made the previous purchases.

BUT BEWARE!!! If you only used the console to link to an EPIC account WITHOUT making that first EPIC Account a

"full EPIC account" as described here, it might be that your purchases are now lost!!!
