    Somehow mine and my husbands xbox and epic refuse to link. We have tried everything the website says to do. We dont know which of our niece/nephews may have accidentally linked it to their xbox live accouts and now we are unable to link them. All of our pc stuff is linked but cant link console. !!! Help please

    Unfortunately, only Epic support would be able to tell if the issue is your connection or your account, I suggest contacting them!

    Yup, I did that but when I try and link it it said "There was an error processing the credentials from the external login system" and I don't know how to fix that is there a problem with my Xbox or

    Hi there Noah welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Are you trying to link the accounts from your console or from the Epic website? Either case try using a different device or browser to do the process, also changing WiFi seems to help some users!
